Client Overview

Sunbound  is reshaping financial operations in the senior care industry. As a trusted financial partner for senior living facilities, the company offers a modern platform for digital payments, insurance claims management, and automated accounts receivable.

As a B2B financial platform, Sunbound works directly with care facility operators to simplify one of the most complex parts of their business: payments. They act as a trusted intermediary, managing payment plans for families and ensuring that facilities are paid on time, even when residents face financial delays. This model reduces administrative overhead for operators and improves transparency for families.

However, their previous website failed to communicate this clearly. Visitors couldn’t easily understand what Sunbound does, how it helps, or why it’s different. The result? Missed opportunities and lost trust at the very first digital touchpoint.

The Challenge

Despite offering a cutting-edge financial platform and being driven by a clear mission, Sunbound’s digital presence told a very different story. The outdated design, unclear site structure, and lack of visual storytelling made it difficult for visitors to quickly grasp what the company does, how it helps, or why it stands out. This confusion eroded trust and credibility from the very first digital touchpoint. As a result, Sunbound struggled to attract and convert the right audience, and the disconnect between their product’s value and its online representation called for a complete visual transformation.

Our Approach

Sunbound had a clear idea of what they wanted - that made our collaboration especially productive. We kicked off the project with their branding guide and a few visual references, then built a cohesive visual language and experience around it.

  • Designed 7 new pages and refreshed 5 existing ones for clarity and impact
  • Updated the brand identity while preserving its core elements
  • Developed a UI Kit to ensure scalable and consistent design
  • Adapted the website for mobile and desktop views
  • Redesigned key marketing assets, including a sales deck, presentation templates, and a one-pager
