The Southwave team was tasked with helping to improve Andes Mortgage's digital presence by building custom Elementor widgets and integrating them into their WordPress-based website. These widgets integrate with Zillow API to provide real-time mortgage data and custom mortgage calculators to give users a highly interactive experience.

• Custom Elementor Widgets We developed several Elementor widgets tailored to meet the needs of the mortgage industry. Each widget is customizable and can be placed on any page built with Elementor, providing maximum flexibility of use.
• Zillow API Integration Leveraging the Zillow API , we enabled real-time data retrieval for mortgage rates and market insights, ensuring users have access to the most up-to-date information. • Reusable Plugins We built the widgets and calculators as separate plugins, stored for future reuse. This modular approach means Andes Mortgage can expand their functionality in the future without needing to rebuild or redevelop from scratch, saving them both time and resources.
• Mortgage Calculators We developed a suite of custom calculators, including a mortgage calculator, FHA loan calculator, affordability calculator, and refinance calculator.
